Do you sell only second hand items?
We sell mostly used and second hand clothing and other items, but we do also have some items that are brand new and unused. This will be stated in the item description.
Are your used items in good condition?
We sell only gently used items that are in very good condition. There are no stains, holes, tears, missing buttons, etc. We try to be as accurate as possible in the description. If there is any visible wear, that will be clearly stated. Many of our used items appear to be in brand new condition. Everything is from a smoke-free and pet-free environment.
How quickly do you process orders?
We try to process our orders very quickly so that you won't have to wait too long for your item to arrive. In most cases, once we receive the order and confirmed payment, the item will be packed and shipped the next business day.
How do you ship your items?
We will ship all items via USPS mail. Small and light items will be shipped first class. Most other items will be shipped Priority Mail. Shipping costs are based on weight of the item.
Do you offer refunds?
We sincerely hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Since many of our items are clothing and apparel, there's always the chance an item won't fit, or won't be exactly what you hoped for. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of transaction. If you need to return an item, please contact us first before shipping it back to us for a refund. Refund will be for the cost of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.
